Scope

This standard establis es the classification by type of human settlement subsystems, as well as service programs of a periodic and epis dic nature. This standard will be applied in the preparation of the Scheme for the Development and Dis ribution of Social Services at the national and provincial levels. This rule excludes the services program for the City of Havana.
