Scope

This standard establis es the method of analysis for the determination of the total ammonium concentration using the snectrophotometric method in soils whose content is between 1 and 500 mg/kg of sample. This method is not applied in the presence of cadmium and magnesium, which are eliminated by the addition of potassium sodium tartrate.
