Scope

1.1 The purpose of this standard is to determine, using a mechanical stirring device, the resis ance of textile dyes to the action of washing at high temperatures in the presence of sodium hypochlorite. 1.2 This standard is only applicable to fibers capable of withstanding the test conditions.
