This standard describes a method for determining the concentration of gaseous fluorides in a gaseous effluent not saturated with water vapor and not containing droplets. The mass flow rate of these fluorides is also calculated, using knowledge of the volume flow rate of the gaseous effluent. If the effluent contains particles which can react with gaseous fluorides, it is necessary, in order to determine only the latter, to apply another method of separation (for example an electrofilter).
