Scope

The purpose of this standard is to describe a method for determining the "Freezing Point", that is to say the temperature at which hydrocarbon crystals, formed during the cooling of the fuel, dis ppear by rais ng its temperature. The method is applicable to both aviation gasoline and jet fuels.
