The aim of this standard is to unify the technical conditions that must be respected when establis ing subscriber transformer stations, not only with the aim of helping the subscribers themselves, but also the installers, manufacturers and suppliers of electrical energy. It in no way prejudges the quality or effectiveness of other provis ons. When local circumstances lead to the adoption of provis ons other than those resulting from this standard, it is recommended that these provis ons be the subject of written documents referring to it and drawn up in the form of amendments. This standard does not include all the regulatory provis ons which electrical installations must obviously comply with.
