The purpose of this standard is to describe a sampling method as well as a method for determining the average content of nitrogen oxides in ambient air over 30 minutes. The method is applicable for NO contents, expressed as N0_, between 20 and 1000 μg/m. The standard also gives a method for calculating the nitrogen monoxide (NO) content of ambient air. from the NO content and the NO_ content (determined according to NBN T 94-301).
