Scope

This International Standard specifies two methods for the spectrophotometric determination of copper in zincs. The methods are applicable to all types of zinc defined in is /R 752. The first method is applicable for copper contents between 0.000 5 and 0.005%. The second method is applicable for copper contents between 0.002 5 and 0.1%.
