- This standard specifies the general rules for X-ray fluorescence analysis of chemical composition in cement. This standard is applicable to the determination of chemical components in cement by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and other analytical instruments based on the characteristic X-ray measurement of elements; the determination of chemical components in cement raw materials, clinker, raw materials and fuels by using the above instruments , it can refer to this standard.
