Scope

This standard specifies the determination procedures, calculation of analysis results and measurement errors of samples in the analysis of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in rock organic matter. This standard is applicable to the determination of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen elements in kerogen, organic solvent extracts, coal and crude oil.
