This Korean Industrial Standard specifies the disposable dust respirators, hereinafter referred to as the "masks", to be used in a short-time operation and the like where there is likelihood of injurious effects on human body through the inhaling of particulate materials of mineral dust and the like floating in the air of operating site and others.
Remarks 1. The masks specified in this Standard shall not be used in the place where it is anticipated that the partial pressure of xoygen necessary for inhalation (density of oxygen converted to an ordinary pressure 1 8%) will not be ob-tained or where any vapour or volatile mist is present which, if inhaled, may cause injurious effect.
