Scope

This standard specifies volatile corrosion inhibitor paper which inhibits corrosion of copper and copper alloys at room temperature. Note The paper is defined as packaging paper impregnated, or coated by chemicals or chemical mixtures which sublime at room temperature to give inhibitive properties to copper and copper alloys.
