Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the method for the volumetric determination of phosphorus by using (a) ammonium molybdate, and (b) quinoline. Note — The method is intended as a general analytical method and does not apply to metal analysis where limits for various interfering elements and/or radicals are prescribed.
