Scope

1.1 This method describes a procedure for the detection of hydrogen sulphide in liquefied petroleum gases ( LPG ). The approximate lower limit of detection is 5 ppm ( 5 mg/1 ). 1.1.1 Free sulphur and mercaptans do not interfere if present in normal concentrations.
