Scope

This standard prescribes the gas chromatographic method for the determination of endosulfan (1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 7 — hexachlorobicyclo—(2, 2, 1) — heptane— ( 2 ) bis — ( oxymethylene ) — 5,6 — sulphite residues in foods ( fruits, vegetables, oilseeds and animal products ) and water.
