1.1 This standard Covers the requirements for materials, manufacture, workmanship, dimensions and finish of non-ferrous bottle trap used with wash-basins for marine use.
1.2 The bottle traps covered in the standard are suitable for use with waste fittings for wash-basins conforming to the requirements specified in IS:2963-1964〓.
