Scope

This International Standard specifies a molybdenum blue spec-trophotometric method for the determination of the arsenic content of iron ores. This method is applicable to a concentration range of 0.000 1 to 0.1 % (m/m) (1 to 1 000 μg/g) of arsenic in natural iron ores, and iron ore concentrates and agglomerates including sinter products.
