1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of test for the material commercially known as Ready Mixed Paint, Brushing, Finishing, Interior, Oil Gloss, for General Purposes, with the distinctive colours as specified in the title. The material is used for interior protection and decoration of buildings and is normally applied as a painting system over the appropriate priming and undercoating paints.
1.2 This standard is intended chiefly to cover the technical provisions relating to the purchase
of the material, but it does not include all the necessary provisions of a contract.
