Scope

This International Standard specifies a method for assessing the surface soundness of coated wood-based panels and uncoated particleboards, wet and dry-process fibreboards and cement-bonded particleboards. NOTE The grid-patterned face (screen side) of hardboards cannot be tested according to this International Standard.
