Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes a method for deter-mination of colour fastness of textile materials to the effect of contamination with formaldehyde. 1.2 The method is not suitable for determining the change in colour, which may occur during the anti-crease finishing treatment with amino resins or during the after treatment of dyed mate-rials with formaldehyde solutions.
