The requirements of this standard will apply to low voltage switches, commonly used in domestic and industrial electrical installations, intended to be mounted on fixed lines, mobile lines or on appliances. Article 3.o This standard excludes automatic switches, those subjected to temperatures above 80 °C and those that must be used in corrosive, explosive environments or on board.
