Scope

This standard specifies methods for measuring the non-volatile content of synthetic resin emulsions. This standard is applicable to all synthetic resin emulsions that are chemically stable under the specified test conditions. This standard is also applicable to synthetic resin emulsion formulations containing fillers, pigments and other additives.
