Scope

This standard specifies acceptance inspection to verify that the performance of coordinate measuring machines in dimension measurements conforms to the manufacturer's specifications. This standard also specifies periodic inspections for the user to periodically verify the performance of coordinate measuring machines in dimension measurements.
