The entire technical content of this section is mandatory. This section applies to strapping machines. This part is one of the second parts of GB 3883 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools". This section is equivalent to IEC 60745-2-18:2003 Ed 1. O "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 2: Special Requirements for Strapping Machines" is the first safety standard for strapping machines, which is equivalent to IEC 60745-1:2003 Ed 3.2 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 1" : General Requirements" is formulated together with GB 3883.1-2005 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 1: General Requirements". If this part says "applicable", it means that the corresponding provisions in GB 3883.1-2005 apply; if this part says "replacement", the provisions in this part shall prevail; if this part says "modification" ” means that the relevant content in the corresponding provisions of GB 3883.1-2005 should be modified in this part. The content shall prevail, and other contents in this provision are still applicable; if this part states "added", it means that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions of GB 3883.1-2005, it should also comply with the added provisions in this part.
