- This standard specifies the requirements for six buried steel wire reinforced hoses and hose assemblies using common hydraulic fluids such as mineral oil, soluble oil, oil and water emulsion, aqueous glycol, and water with an internal diameter of 5 mm to 51 mm. . Among them, the service temperature range of type 1 to type 5 hose is -40°C ~ 100°C, and type 6 is -40°C ~ 120°C. Temperatures outside this limit or temperature range will significantly reduce the service life of the hose. This hose is not suitable for use with castor oil or lipid fluids.
