- Scope
- The document describes the equipment and the test method for assessing the propensity of textile floor coverings to early soiling using a standard artificial soil composition. The test method is applicable for use in testing unused textile floor coverings of all types. It is applicable for evaluating initial soiling. The scope of the test method can be extended to assess the effects of fibre finishes, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
