Scope

This part of GB/T 5137 specifies the test methods for the mechanical properties of safety glass for automobiles. This section applies to automotive safety glass (hereinafter referred to as "safety glass"). This safety glass includes all types of glass products made of worked glass or glass combined with other materials; plastic safety glass is not included.
