- Scope
- This standard stipulates two methods for determining the content of vitamin B2 in feed by fluorescence spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatography. Method 1 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B2 in feed ingredients, compound feeds, concentrated feeds, compound premixed feeds, and vitamin premixed feeds. The detection concentration of vitamin B2 in the test solution is 0.05μg/ML～0.2μg/ML. Method 2 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B2 in compound premixed feed and vitamin premixed feed with vitamin B2 content greater than 10 mg/kg.
