- Scope
- This standard specifies two methods for determining the content of vitamin B1 (thiamine) in feed by spectrofluorometer and high-performance liquid chromatography. Method 1 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B 1 in feed raw materials, compound feeds, concentrated feeds, compound premixed feeds, and vitamin premixed feeds. The solution range of the extract is 0.02μg/Ml～0.2μg/Ml (this method is not applicable when there are substances that adsorb thiamine or interfere with the fluorescence of sulfur pigment). Method 2 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of compound premix feed and vitamin premix feed with vitamin B1 content greater than 20 mg/kg.
