Scope

This standard stipulates the maximum permissible daily average discharge concentration of water pollutants in the propellant and explosive industry and the maximum permissible discharge per ton of product in different periods according to the production scale, production process and product category of propellant and explosives. This standard is applicable to the discharge management of water pollutants of explosives production enterprises nationwide, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects of explosives production enterprises, the design of environmental protection facilities of construction projects, completion acceptance and pollution control and supervision and management after completion.
