Scope

This standard specifies the method for testing the high-speed performance of motorcycle tires on a drum testing machine. This standard applies to pneumatic tires for motorcycles whose speed class code is M and above or whose maximum speed is 130km/h and above, and does not apply to pneumatic tires for motorcycles whose maximum speed is less than 130km/h.
