- The document is valid in combination with DIN VDE 0832 and the guidelines for traffic lights (RiLSA). It describes requirements for traffic signal devices with special appliances for blind people highly handicapped people. These requirements are valid for firmly installed traffic signal (SVA) devices on crosswalks for pedestrians in the public traffic.
