- This standard specifies the method for determining the bursting strength of paper using the principle of hydraulic pressure increment. This standard applies to the determination of single-layer paper or multi-layer paper with a bursting strength of 70 kPa to 1400 kPa. This standard does not apply to the determination of composite materials (such as corrugated board or liner board).
