Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the ability of metal wires with a diameter or thickness of 0.3 mm to 10 mm (including 10 mm) to withstand plastic deformation during repeated bending. The diameter or thickness range listed in this standard may have more specific provisions in the relevant product standards.
