- This standard applies to oil-based secondary primers. Note: Oil-based secondary primer is a liquid, opaque, oxidation-drying paint suitable for intermediate coating on porcelain. It uses dry oil and resin as the main coating film formation elements and forms a coating film by natural drying. The coating film of oil-based secondary primer is characterized by being easy to grind.
