- This standard stipulates the basic principles of biosafety protection in entry-exit animal quarantine laboratories, biosafety classification, and basic facilities and configurations of laboratories at all levels. This standard applies to the construction, use and management of entry-exit animal quarantine laboratories. This standard is the minimum requirement, and such laboratories should also comply with other relevant national regulations.
