Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry detection method and liquid chromatography detection method for benzimidazole drugs and metabolite residues in the muscle and liver of edible animals. This standard is applicable to the determination of oxfendazole, fenbendazole and their metabolite oxfendazole in chicken, beef, pork, chicken liver, beef liver and pig liver by liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry Sulfone, albendazole and its metabolites albendazole-2-aminosulfone, albendazole sulfoxide and albendazole sulfone, mebendazole and its metabolites aminomethbendazole and hydroxymesbendazole, flubendazole and its metabolite 2-aminoflubendazole, thiabendazole and its metabolite 5-hydroxythiabendazole, and thiabendazole ester residues. It is suitable for the determination of propoxybendazole residues in chicken, beef, pork, chicken liver, beef liver and pig liver by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. It is suitable for the determination of propoxybendazole residues in chicken, beef, pork, chicken liver and beef liver by liquid chromatography.
