- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, electrical and mechanical performance requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of low-voltage AC step-down and three-phase balanced system power-saving devices (hereinafter referred to as devices). This standard applies to AC step-down and three-phase balance system power-saving devices with rated operating voltages of AC 1000V and below, frequencies of 50Hz/60Hz, and rated capacities of 3000kVA and below.
