Scope

This part specifies the methods and basic requirements for field efficacy plot testing of herbicides for the control of weeds in tobacco seedbeds. This section applies to registered field efficacy plot tests and efficacy evaluations of herbicides for the control of weeds in tobacco seedbeds. Other field efficacy tests shall be carried out in accordance with this section.
