Scope

This part specifies the methods and basic requirements for field trials of herbicide efficacy in controlling weeds in tomato fields. This section is applicable to the registration field plot test and efficacy evaluation of herbicides for controlling weeds in tomato fields cultivated in open fields and tomato fields cultivated in protected fields. Other field efficacy tests shall be carried out in accordance with this section.
