- This standard specifies the simultaneous determination of promethazine hydrochloride, chlorpromazine hydrochloride, diazepam, thioridazine hydrochloride and diazepam in feed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Naijing's method. This standard is applicable to the determination of compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The minimum detectable concentration of each drug is 1 mg/kg by HPLC method; 0.2 mg/kg by LC-MS confirmation method.
