Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of glucosinolate content in rapeseed using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of glucosinolate content in rapeseed and commercial rapeseed. It is not applicable to the analysis of glucosinolate samples with substituted glucose molecules.
