This standard specifies the spectrophotometric method for the determination of the total amount of capsaicin in biological pesticides. This standard is applicable to the determination of capsaicin in biopesticides produced from peppers and compound pesticides (excluding other amide compounds). The linear range of this standard method is 1mg/L~16mg/L. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.5mg/L.
