- This standard specifies the eddy current flaw detection method for detecting discontinuity defects of titanium and titanium alloy pipes based on the reflection signals of artificial comparison samples. This standard applies to eddy current flaw detection of seamless or welded titanium and titanium alloy pipes for condensers and heat exchangers with an outer diameter of ∮4 mm to ∮65 mm and a wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm.
