- This standard specifies the metabolite 5-methylmorpholine-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (AMOZ), the metabolite semicarbazide (SEM) of nitrofurazone and the metabolite of nitrofurantoin in royal jelly. 1-amino-2-lactoin (abbreviated as AHD) and furazolidone's metabolite 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (abbreviated as A0Z) were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of nitrofuran metabolite residues in royal jelly.
