This part of GB/T 21198 specifies the method for determining the content of precious metals by measuring the content of impurity elements in gold, platinum and palladium alloy jewelry. This part applies to the purity range of gold, platinum and palladium jewelry determined by GB 11887, wherein the gold content is 725‰~999‰, the platinum content is 800‰~999‰, and the palladium content is 800‰~999‰.
