Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures for the product energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of lead smelting enterprises. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of lead smelting enterprises using lead concentrate (or lead-zinc concentrate) as raw materials, and the energy consumption control of new projects. This standard is also applicable to lead electrolytic refining enterprises that use crude lead as raw material.
