Scope: This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, signs, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality certificates of magnesia bricks and magnesia-alumina bricks. This standard applies to fired magnesia bricks and magnesia-alumina bricks for industrial kilns such as iron and steel, non-ferrous metals and building materials.
