Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive calcium nitrate. This standard applies to calcium sulfate (also known as gypsum) prepared after removing impurities from natural gypsum. The product can be used as stabilizer and coagulant, thickener and acidity regulator.
