Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of steam turbines for power generation, new steam parameter series and the allowable fluctuation range of inlet steam parameters during operation, etc. This standard is applicable to stationary power generation (condensing steam type) or cogeneration (back pressure type, extraction steam back type) with rated power level from 0.75MW to 1000MW or greater, and fresh steam pressure from 1.28MPa to 31MPa or higher.
